Sarah approaches her work with a problem solving mindset and creative enthusiasm, with an in-depth understanding of human behavioural theories. Sarah holds an Honours degree in GIS from Curtin University, is finalising her Masters in Design at RMIT and is undertaking further postgraduate study in architecture, typography and creative learning at MIT.

Rachael Turner

Rachael’s at the wheel of this creative train – toot toot! She has extensive experience managing all types and sizes of creative projects, from TV commercials, advertising campaigns to websites and brand overhauls. Hailing from an events management background, with Rachael on the case our projects are meticulously planned and delivered.

Merlin Mason

Merlin Mason is an English graphic designer who works internationally. With several years industry experience he has worked as an in-house designer and freelancer, winning industry awards as both. He comes from a background of print design and has a solid understanding of branding, typography and composition. In recent years, he has turned his attention to the web, and loves creating interactive websites built with progressive and standards compliant web technologies. Fan of bicycling, WordPress, Melbourne coffee and the odd white russian.

Simon Doran

Multidisciplinary Designer

Simon is an Australian graphic designer and illustrator based in Melbourne. While a keen branding and identity enthusiast, his style and practice transcends across apparel and print, having worked extensively throughout the punk rock and cycling scenes, yet always looking to diversify. Simon is inspired by what he sees during his daily movements, album artwork, people, signage and whichever records are on high rotation. When not at his desk, he can be found taking century rides through the countryside or playing air guitar. Sometimes at the same time.

Tobias Blackwood


GMT+2 : Amsterdam

Tobias is a multi award-winning Australian designer, a bearded gentleman and coffee enthusiast, who works between Amsterdam and his home town of Adelaide. With a very free-flowing approach to designing, and the need to always experiment, his style aims to encapsulate unconventional, colourful and individualistic designs, with the odd quirk here and there. In his down-time Tobias can be found frolicking about adoring nature, cooking tasty food and watching Art and Science doco’s.

Lauren Seeman

Lauren is an South African graphic designer, who lives in her favorite city, Melbourne. With a background in art direction and design, Lauren has worked with a variety of clients on paper and screen based projects. Lauren holds an Honours degree in Communication Design from RMIT. She is a huge fan of starting her day with an extra hot coffee and reading through her favorite blogs. She loves visiting galleries and is a silversmith when she finds a spare minute.

Rory Nelson

Rory Nelson is an Australian graphic designer with a Bachelor Degree from Edith Cowan University and a background in international publication design. With skill sets in both print and web design Rory’s success as a designer has stemmed from his paranoid eye for detail and sound technical ability.

Lee Skinner is a devilishly handsome recent graphic design graduate from the UK. Fresh on the design scene, he is focusing on various typographic and branding projects as well as building an international network of creative friends and clientele. Lee is partial to mulling over life at the local watering hole with pals or as a not so closet nerd, indulging in the odd sci-fi thriller…

Alex Jazzwinter is an experienced copywriter, journalist and editor. He is an active writer and editor for mainstream press in Australia and been involved in magazines and newspapers in Australia, the United Kingdom and the USA.  He brings over 20 years experience to Andrews&Co. in effective client communication and wordsmithing. Korryn Campbell has over 15 years Office Management and Personal/Executive Assistant experience. Korryn currently works closely with Andrews&Co. to ensure all Administrative and Reception responsibilities are acted upon in an professional and timely manner. Korryn manages our Corporate Receptionists to ensure clients of Andrews&Co. Studios are greeted with an exceptional level of customer service and to uphold a professional image so first point of contact is kept to a high corporate standard.

Aaron Gitlin is an American designer from New York. Aaron originally trained as a fine artist in Japan and Denmark before choosing a career in design, and has work for a wide variety of clients all over the world.
